    1. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights contained on the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Corals of the World or its authors or developers.

    2. The content may be used for academic and research purposes provided the appropriate citation, crediting Corals of the World, is used. Each page of the website contains a ‘Cite this Page’ link, which will assist you in correctly citing our website.

  9. General
    1. Survival: Any obligations in these Terms of Use which are of a continuous nature or which are not fully satisfied and discharged on fulfilment of said obligation will continue to apply.
    2. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce at any time, or for any period of time, any part of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such term and will in no way affect our right to later enforce those terms.
    3. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all prior negotiations, arrangements, agreements and understandings, either verbal or written, between us.
    4. Assignment: We may assign the performance of our obligation to provide any service to you from time to time as reasonably required without any notice to you.
    5. Variations and Errors: No variation to these Terms of Use is enforceable unless it is in writing and signed by both parties. Any clerical errors are, however, subject to correction by us.
    6. Severance: Any provision of these Terms of Use which are found to be invalid or unenforceable are able to be severed but all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    7. Governing Law: The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
